Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Colombo Propertiez as a Real Estate Assistant. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry by supporting our agents and enhancing client service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with listing properties for rent and sale
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain appointment schedules
- Handle client communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Maintain and update the property database and CRM
- Support social media and marketing content creation
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- GCE A/L or equivalent qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic IT tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in customer service or admin work is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
